3.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Contact & inquiry forms — name, phone number, email address, and message content submitted through the AN Travels website.
- Community account registration — name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and password (stored as a hashed value).
- Community content — status posts, comments, help requests, and blood donation requests (including blood group, location, and contact details you choose to share).
- Service inquiries — travel preferences, passport details, and travel dates submitted when requesting a quote or booking assistance.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, time spent, and clicks.
- Device & log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URL.
- Cookies & local storage — session tokens and preference data to keep you logged in and remember your settings.
3.3 Sensitive Information
Blood donation requests may include health-related information (blood group) and location. This information is voluntarily shared by you and is visible to other community members for the sole purpose of facilitating donations. We do not use this data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested travel services.
- Create and manage your community account and display your profile and posts to other members.
- Facilitate community features: status feeds, comments, help requests, and blood donation matching.

- Send community notifications (replies, mentions, donation matches) — you may opt out at any time.
- Improve our Services through analytics and feedback.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. Community Platform — Special Notice
The 0709 Bangladesh platform is a shared space. Content you post — including status updates, comments, help requests, and blood donation requests — is visible to other registered members. Please do not post information you are not comfortable sharing within the community.
- Blood donation requests are visible to all community members and may include your name, blood group, and contact information you choose to provide.
- Help requests are shared with the community to facilitate assistance; include only what you are comfortable disclosing.
- You can delete your own posts at any time. Deleted content is removed from public view immediately and purged from our databases within 30 days.
- Other members may have seen, copied, or shared your content before deletion — we cannot control what others do with information they have already viewed.
7. Data Retention
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
- Community posts and comments are retained until you delete them or close your account.
- Inquiry form submissions are retained for up to 2 years for business records.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Section 9).
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed password storage, and access controls. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and not share your credentials.
9. Your Rights & Choices
- Access & correction — request a copy of your personal data or correct inaccuracies.
- Deletion — request deletion of your account and personal data via our data deletion request form. We will fulfill requests within 30 days.
- Data portability — request an export of your community posts and profile data in a common format.
- Opt-out of notifications — manage notification preferences in your account settings or contact us directly.
- Cookies — you may disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not function correctly.

10. Children's Privacy
